Coaching is as individual as the person who chooses it, so it's never a case of "one size fits all". Before starting coaching, make sure you've completed a free initial Zoom call. In this, we'll talk about your experience of ADHD, what support you might like to receive, and what coaching can offer. If we're a good match, then we can put together a plan that works for you.

To book the call either contact me, or use the link below to use a booking calendar. You'll be asked a few simple questions in advance (this should only take two minutes).

After your call, whenever you're ready, we can start our sessions. A one-off session can work well for people with a single specific issue to explore, but often we will decide on a programme of sessions to go more in-depth, or follow broader subjects that arise as we proceed. These often fall weekly, but could be fortnightly, monthly or ad hoc, depending on what works best for you.
