For study

If you're a student, or considering becoming one in the next year or two, then it's worth considering how your ADHD might impact that. DSA (Disability Student Allowance) helps you to access technology and guidance that can make all the difference, and initiatives like coworking groups can also help. Find out more here.

For life

Recognising your ADHD throws open new ways of looking at your whole life. New perspectives from which you view your identity, your history, your struggles and joys can include questioning long-held beliefs and recognising strains on mental health and personal relationships. Find support for yourself and those who care about you.
